Snapchat interview process was surprisingly smooth for me. The entire process took around 2 weeks - from the initial call with Recruiter to onsite and verbal offer. I was actually found by Snapchat's recruiter for this job opportunity and decided to give it a try after talking to him. The recruiter is very friendly and helpful throughout the process in terms of scheduling interviews and following up after interviews. He even gave me tips on relocation since he was also relocated to the area himself. The process is standard, phone screens via google hangout followed by onsite half day interview. I was pretty confident throughout and got my verbal offer 2 days after my onsite. Everyone that I've talked to in my interviews is very knowledgeable and full of energy. I received a strong, positive vibe about the company after the onsite. It definitely feels like a silicon valley startup.
