In my interview with Galileo Financial Technologies, I went through a Recruiter round followed by 2 panel technical rounds on SQL, Python, Snowflake, DBT. It was a smooth experience overall.
The interview process was straightforward and focused on understanding my skills and experience. The conversation primarily revolved around the skills I bring to the table, and they took time to explain the company and its values. It was helpful to learn more about their work culture and the role itself.
We also discussed the type of job, including responsibilities, and touched upon salary expectations, which helped set clear expectations for both sides.
Overall, the process was informative, and I appreciated the transparency about the role and the company. It was a positive experience, though I would have liked a bit more detail on some aspects of the team structure and growth opportunities.
