First had a short phone call with the recruiter about about an actual phone interview with the VP of software development. He asked about my experience with Python and what sort of projects I had completed during school and using it. He also talked to me about the company and how they were doing. He then proceeded to ask if I would be okay with an onsite interview where I would have solve coding problems on a whiteboard.

The first interview went super smooth questions were easy to answer, then scheduled to meet with the CEO and he came in late, and he had to leave early as well. Then I waited for a week and then I tried to follow up and ask the recruiter about the result, I got no reply. I have sent 3 emails to follow up afterward trying to get answer and I had no reply. I gave the company my time for the interview and I think I deserve a reply afterward, the recruiter was definitely very irresponsible makes me don't want to ever have anything to deal with this company ever again.
