First call was with a recruiter who just told me about the job and, then a call with the hiring manager, then a cultural interview then a final interview with leadership. I spent about 4-5 hours in interviews then also had an assignment. That took about 3 hours. So about 8 hours spent interviewing only to get ghosted after the final interview. For a company that rates so well I’m so surprised they treat candidates like that. If they didn’t like me from the beginning I wouldn’t be so disappoint, but spending all that time prepping to get no rejection at the end is upsetting.

30-45 minute Initial HR Interview followed by a test project (pretty obscure) and then a interview with Manager of department. After that, there is apparently a interview from a culture committee and then final one with leadership. I got a few rounds in and spent hours to plan for the interviews only to get ghosted. The company should not waste people's time interviewing if they do not have the decency to follow up.
