Interview
I applied for the specialist position through Indeed, and was prompted to call in and speak with a rep who asked me a series of questions very similar to the ones I discuss with my clients. She (the rep) was very friendly and scheduled my Interview promptly and at my convenience (which fell on Friday afternoon). I arrived about a half hour early and walked in to what I thought was the wrong building (checking my GPS!!) noticing everyone in patriotic attire/costumes appropriate for the occasion. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who notified my interviewer that I had arrived and was seen shortly after watching a video and completing a short questionnaire. I was warmly welcomed and guided into an office where I was asked a few mandatory interview questions, before asked if I wanted a tour. Needless to say it was love at first sight and I am so excited to be apart of such a wonderful network of people changing the world one application at a time!

Interview
Very quick, they make you watch a video about how great they are, show you around the building and then ask you some easy questions. They bring you into a random generic office. Usually it doesnt even belong to the interviewer, it is just to make it seem more legit.

Interview
Unprofessional, five minutes long by inexperienced pretty girl who didn't seem like she looked at my resume before I got there. Could not answer questions and did not ask any other questions.Second interview was a presentation, then I got a call that said I was hired. I found out later that the interview was only based on the way you look.

Hiring and interview process is very lengthy and involved, but it is worth it. They want to make sure they really find quality employees and this also gives us the opportunity for us to really make sure they are right for us as well.
