First I thought that the company was very straight forward once I got a call and we chit chat about my experiences and right away scheduled a video call with a manager. During the interview, the guy did not even looked to the camera. It was very hard to read if he was not interested or just getting his job done in another screen. He was literally facing sideways. After that, after not listening from them and ask for a return, I got to know that the hiring for the role was frozen.
It was a waste of time and I don’t think they handle the process with respect.
Zoom interview , very brief. This was the pre interview only, I did not get contacted for a follow up interview with this company. The recruiter was very friendly. And the interview took about 20 minutes
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Softchoice in Jan 2021

I had a second interview that went well. Promised a response in 1-2 weeks... ghosted again. Emailed and asked for an update. I haven’t heard anything
