Solution Design Group interview questions

There were 3 interviews that took place. First, I met with the recruiter over lunch. This was more of a conversation where I was told about the company and its values and was able to ask questions about the position and what they were looking for. Also, we went over my background and my strengths but it was very informal. After we both agreed that we wanted to move forward a second technical interview was set up. This was also over lunch and less formal however it was more directed at getting to know what I brought to the table and asking scenario questions. Next was a formal interview at the home office where there were two of the managers who asked your standard interview questions.

Phone screen. In person with HR, then manager. I met with their technical architect. The interview questions were obscure and it seemed like they were accustomed to being tricked into hiring bad developers. I decided not to work here because I think there are too many bad developers working here. The hiring manager was rude didn't even say thanks for coming in. My opinion is that they think they’re too good for everyone. But they’re not. I declined their job offer.
