I had an initial interview with a recruiter as a a screening then had a follow up interview with 2 people the following week. At that interview I was told HR would contact me the next week, but never heard anything. I followed up with the recruiter since that was the only contact information I had but never heard back. Very unprofessional to not hear back and be ghosted after 2 interviews. The position sounded like something I would have enjoyed so this would not keep me from accepting a position as the company seems to really help the patients.
