Get ready to stress and sweat for this 5 steps recruitment process. But be reassured, you're better off Sonar.
- 1st step was video call with a manager and a futur teammate. It was kind of relaxed and chill, eventhough they had missed a whole pan of my career.
- 2nd step was an on-site interview, lasting half a day. They did pay for accomodations which was nice. Interview itself went smooth, but you could feel it was not so well prepared. I had to meet a bunch of people, some I did not even knew their role or position in the company.
- 3rd step is interview with a higher manager. Nothing special there.
- 4th step is the well known "People&Culture" one. For 1 and a half hour, you're going to get questionned about how you'd react to this situation or what did you do in a past job in order to achieve that, etc... You better have some good past experiences behind you (even with 10 years of experiences at different places there were some examples I could just not get). Best part is, even if the whole team you could be working with is agreeing on getting you onboard, if People&Culture decide not to, well it's too bad for you.
5th and last step is interview with the CEO. It's the 1st time you can actually have an incent on how much you're going to make.
All in all, it could be resumed with a 1st screening video call and some time on site to meet the team. Like in so many others companies.
