I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sonar (Geneva) in Oct 2023
Interview
The recruiter scheduled a initial discussion and she did not even show up. In the end most probably she forgot and we had to re-schedule.
The technical interview was very professional and I received excellent feedback.
The people and culture interview was horrible, she was rude, was constantly interrupting. And I feelt very not-welcomed.
The recruiter informed me that People and Culture team decided not to move forward. And proposed to schedule a meeting to discuss the feedback.
Guess what... She does not replied and disappeared even if she initially proposed to have the call.
