First call with C-level HR El liot Ga r di n er but he didn't show off.
He rescheduled then, and we had the intro.
Second step with the Executive Director of Business Development, Ky le Fit zge r a ld, but the appointment was cancelled by the HR persone mentioned above, because he scheduled it on the US Thanksgiving day!
Finally (after Thanksgiving) the intro with Ky le Fit zge r a ld, with that typical flaunted self confidence boosted by his role.
For the 3rd step the same HR provided me with a task where I was supposed to prepare 3 emails reaching out to 3 prospects on 3 different business scenarios. He totally forgot to mention I had also to prepare a simulation for a cold calling session.
I prepared all was required meticulously. .
The day scheduled the call was again run by the Executive Director Ky l e with a colleague, a french guy from the team. Suddenly, while presenting, we figured out what the HR guy missed but Ky l e and his buddy (to save the situation) said 'No worries, you can try and improvise. We will consider it in a positive way!'.
Conclusions.... If every job recruitment would be based on IMPROVISATION, probably we all could act like at the movie circus, and win a role!
Low professional level, no trust and the position is still open after months = a proof that they have no intention to hire.
