Southern Company Manager interview questions

Long, arduous and out of date process. Recruiters seem unorganized and not experienced. The Onboarding process has made me question if I made the right decision. Other companies have a streamlined approach to recruiting with a constant feedback loop, but not this dinosaur of a company.
