I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2016
Interview
Quick and easy phone interview with pretty basic questions. They want to get to know you so don't be afraid to be yourself. They respond very quickly after each phase of the interview process. Everybody at HDQ was friendly, understanding, and personable. Expect questions about yourself, why southwest, and why the position you applied for.

Question 1
What was the worst class/ best class you have ever taken?
It was a one way interview software was rlly buggy and syas you can redo the videos if you mess up but you cant :(. All behavioural basic like why southwest, why this position specifically, how does your experience, course work and involvemnet align with this position, a time you had conflict.
Lots of STAR style questions that pertain to past experiences. The interview was primarily conversation based, and not intimidating at all, would definitely recommend in any department, even if nervous.
It was quick and easy. This was the first round and more of a screening to make sure I met the same requirements that were mentioned on the application. They only asked 3 behavioral questions.
