I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2016
Interview
Verry very long process.Applied the morning the jobs posted.Recieved an email a month later to complete the survey. Next phone call. for phone interview, the recruiter is very pleasant. If you pass the phone interview next you have to submit 10year work and background history.Next another contractor recruiter calls to schedule your f2f.They email you paperwork to bring.MAKE SURE THE DAY YOU FLY OUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT gives you a 4 part ticket mine didnt its a headache and you are blamed if you dont have it.For your face to face arrive atleast 30 minutes early to check in and fill out paperwork. you are interviewed by three crew members for your f2f they stress to relaxxx mmm not true .Next you do finger printing afterwards you do Q&A and presentation at the same time you will be called to see if your small enough to walk through the aisles and fit in a jump seat.
Scenario;what would you do if a passenger was upset and had 15 mins to finish something on his phone but your flight doesnt have wifi. and the kid behind him is kicking his seat
Application, ODVI, F2F. All pretty straightforward, emphasize safety and customer service. If they like you, youll get moved onto F2F round. Practice STAR Method and be comfortable talking in front of a camera

So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
