I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Sacramento, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
I haven't interviewed yet, but wanted to encourage you all to hang tight - it's a lengthy process that has taken months. I applied August 2016, and received my first reply from them 2 mos later in October, which was a congratulatory email letting me know that I had been selected to move to the next phase, which was to answer a brief questionnaire that consisted of personal questions such as, "do you have a passport, are you willing to relocate, etc." I didn't hear anything after that until this week January 10, 2017 inviting me to a phone interview (yes, beyond excited!). They have thousands of applicants to sift through, so be patient, and good luck!!

The interview was on zoom in 2022. It was with a recruiter and flight attendant. They were very nice and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. The whole interview took around 30 minutes.

Interview
So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
