Interview
It was brief, but thorough. They wanted to know more about my personality then anything. The company is big on culture and how you fit into that culture.The interview was with a recruiter and two people from that department.
The initial interview was virtual. It didn’t last past 30 minutes, the interviewer was very descriptive on what the position responsibilities are and the requirements to meet goals set and after my questions the interviewer ended the virtual interview and from there I received an offer

Interview
Had a phone interview. Was invited to a in person interview. Recruiter was nice and encouraging. Station employee (not managment) that was also interviewing was cold and gave the impression that I could not do the job due to weight & age.

Interview
There is a total of 3 interviews. 1 phone screening, 1 more phone interview and one final virtual interview. I decided not to go for the final interview but the first two rounds were great. They use the STAR method and make you feel comfortable.
