Was interview with two people for the ramp position. They told me the job was very hard and you had to work in any type of weather condition. You had to be able to lift 50 pound and over. May work overtime when needed.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy

I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
