Applied online and waited about 3 months for a call back received a phone interview and then a campus interview. Overall good experience besides it taking so long which is typical.

Interview
Applied online, took about 2 months for them to call me for a phone interview. Did the phone interview and hour later they emailed me saying they would fly me out to Dallas for an in person interview that same week. The phone interview was mostly questions about myself and my resume. I flew out to Dallas and did the interview and a day later they called and told me I got the job. The in-person interview asked me questions about myself and also some scenario questions about revenue management. I also had to write a 1-page essay about Why I wanted to work at Southwest and also fill out a questionnaire talking about different analytical projects I did and also had some problem solving questions. Overall they were very welcoming and made you feel very comfortable during the interview. Very nice people.

They asked about a scenario where they wanted to start a new route from Dallas to Syracuse but they did not have any information on the market. They wanted to know what information I would try to find so that they can price tickets for this route appropriately.
