It took about 3 months after my initial application to receive a phone interview. I passed the PI and was invited to the face to face interview. Be patient. There were 28,000 applicants when the application window was opened. I received my F2F invitation around 7 months later. It was worth the wait. The environment was very friendly and comfortable. The best interview I’ve ever had.
Application, ODVI, F2F. All pretty straightforward, emphasize safety and customer service. If they like you, youll get moved onto F2F round. Practice STAR Method and be comfortable talking in front of a camera

Interview
The interview was on zoom in 2022. It was with a recruiter and flight attendant. They were very nice and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. The whole interview took around 30 minutes.

So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
