Once you make it through the vetting process you get a phone interview. Make sure to be excited to have received the call. The second round is an interview with 3 to 4 leaders. They all are hitting you with questions, but they are typical questions. Just make sure you be yourself and allow your glowing personality to show.

What’s the difference between customer service and hospitality?
Application, ODVI, F2F. All pretty straightforward, emphasize safety and customer service. If they like you, youll get moved onto F2F round. Practice STAR Method and be comfortable talking in front of a camera

The interview was on zoom in 2022. It was with a recruiter and flight attendant. They were very nice and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. The whole interview took around 30 minutes.

So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
