I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2021
Interview
I made it through the phone interview, and the virtual interview and also was provided my CJO, passed my background and everything, until it was my time to go for my PST testing, which requires if you can walk up and down the aisle, sit in the jump seat and also go through window exit. I was able to fit through and walk up and down the aisle with no problems but my seat belt was jammed in the jump seat, not sure if that was the reason but kinda crazy how someone didn’t get the position and yet I’m well qualified and can fit freely in jump seats in and aisle, did all of that just to get my CJO taken away. It was very much a waste of time and disappointing, the women that were doing the test was not very welcomed and if you not completely skinny it seems it’s a probably. Im not even close to heavy size just have hips and it seem to be a problem. But o well they lost on a good hard working person. I’m glad I have moved on to one the world’s biggest airlines along with way more pay and opportunities. Good luck to anyone applying here.

So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
