I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Southwire in Oct 2017
Interview
Strictly behavioral interview, STAR method. Focused a lot on personality and what I knew about the company. Great emphasis on extracurriculars. Asked for plans relating to coop success and post coop aspirations. Two phone interviews because I did not live close to the location.
