The company recruiter contacted me from LinkedIn. The process took 4 weeks of time wasting. I interviewed at Southwire Denton in October 2021. Interviews provide an opportunity, for not only a company to assess the suitability of a candidate for a role but (what some seemingly forget)- an opportunity for the candidate to assess if the company is somewhere they want to work. Sadly, my impression left me feeling like it was not somewhere I would want to work. If the interview process was indicative of how the business is run, and how people are treated, it is not a place I would choose. My interview process consisted of the following stages - 1st with recruiter: interview(20-30mins) - 2nd Panel Teams meeting : (1 Hour interview) - 3rd Site visit with the same people who interviewed me on teams. I've never heard anything back after that waste of time.
