I was selected by a recruiter, and given a phone screen. Following my phone screen, I was scheduled a meeting with a three person panel. I was given a verbal offer and told to closely monitor my communications so that I can sign and accept my written offer. Then communication was lost for a week. I was screened again, this time by corporate headquarters Human Resources . My offer wasn't honored due to restructuring. I interviewed with the interim regional director, I established a timeline following my meeting- all of which were positive. We walked, talked about our 5 year plans, personal growth and workstyles for over an hour. I was only worried when the interim repeated "it runs itself". Following the failure to respond within our established timline, I was informed I would not receive my offer letter as per their verbal offer. The entire interview process took place from December 2023 through to February 2024. Unfortunately- this was the worst, most damaging interview process I have ever been a part of.
