The interview process was one of the more seamless I've done with a company in New York. They were incredible clear on the job description and their expectations for a successful candidate. They were efficient, transparent and responsive. Great experience overall!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spiff in Apr 2023
Interview
For the first two meetings I met with both of the SDR managers, they asked me questions and it was very conversational. The next step I had to research a company and choose 3 leads to reach out to and why I picked them. I then had to write three cold emails and during the meeting we went through a mock call role play. Finally I met with the CMO for a final interview
