Interview
I was excited to interview with Spire because the company promised a kind of assessment exam first, based on logic/case studies and different for each position. But I never received any such assessment, even after sinking 20 hours of interview prep into researching the company and industry. I was quite disappointed that the one facet of the company's interview process which drew me in to apply was a lie, even if it was unintentional.
