They say that they try and go from app to offer in two weeks, but from my experience they haven't gotten there yet. It took two months from application to offer; I had two coding challenges, a culture interview, and then two technical interviews. It seems like it's going to be hard to get an interview process with five parts down to two weeks, but I wish them the best. The interviews I had were some of the most fun I've had. The questions themselves varied in quality, but the majority of them were good. The interviewers were what made the interviews great, they were all easy to talk to, gave good feedback, and were able to give interesting perspectives on the company. The coding challenges seemed odd. The first one appeared to be a basic "can you code?" sort of test, which is good to have, but the second one seemed unnecessary. It wasn't mentioned again throughout the interview process, so it seems odd to have it at all. Perhaps they use it internally, but many of the skills it would show were tested subsequently in the technical interviews themselves. It seems like the second test could be easily eliminated. There seemed to be some disorganization in the process. I was told I'd be receiving an offer, and then told I needed another interview first. The offer itself seemed to be underspecified; things like location and travel were left out of the contract. While I'm sure these wouldn't have been issues, I'd have like to see them directly addressed.
