HR reached out to me via LinkedIn to talk more about a potential role that they thought I might be a good fit for. However, it was the complete opposite... they were asking me about my motivations and as to why I'm so interested in the role.. when I didn't even apply formally. And then decided to let me know via a non-reply email that I'm not a good fit. Very poor HR practice.
