I first had a phone screen with a Spire employee to discuss my background and resume experience. My interviewer was extremely friendly and we had a pleasant conversation. After discussing my thoughts on space, satellites, and my vision for Spire, I was told I would be advancing to the next round. My next interviewer was also extremely friendly. The interview was more technical and allowed me the opportunity to demonstrate my command of the material and my preparation for the interview. By the end of the interview, the interviewer and I were just chatting. Seemed like an awesome company culture from my two interviews. Received a notification a few days later I would be hired. Very pleased with the salary and perks, and my interviewers have already reached out to discuss summer plans. Spire is a startup, so they expressed that I'll be able to work on all sorts of different projects I'm interested in.
