I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spire Global (Cambridge, ON) in Feb 2023
Interview
There was no intro call, which I would have appreciated just to set expectations. I spoke directly with the hiring manager about my experience and then completed a small coding challenge that involved debugging code and making some modifications to it. The call was quite casual and the person I spoke with was very personable. The coding problem was also very reasonable.
