The interview process was quite intense over a period of three to four weeks. 1st with Senior Global Sales Recruiter (video call) 2nd with Director of Sales, Maritime (video call) 3rd with Sales Director, Maritime (in Luxembourg office) 4th with Senior Program Manager (video call) 5th with Director of Revenue Operations (video call) I have 5 years experience in SaaS between sales and business development. Well suited for the role and was certain I had the job especially after the relentless interview process but I was turned down and was told that I was not driven enough for the role and only wanted the job for the job.
