It was a clear and well-established interview process. Two different interviews, the first one with the Talent acquisition responsible and second one with the direct technical leader of the future position. Full transparency through all the interview. Unfortunately my profile was not in line with the role's expectations, but it had been clearly reported to me during the interview process.
