HR call screen elevate to video interview. Video was w inflight manager and HR rep. Manager was okay. He didn’t like that I mentor and foster FA to try to avoid write-ups.. we weren’t a fit.. he wants an enforcer…not me. I find this true in low cost carriers vs legacy..they don’t put the effort and time into their crews.. that’s why they have high turnover.
