I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spirit Airlines (Las Vegas, NV) in Apr 2016
Interview
Hi guys,
On the first round, there were 300-400 people lined up for the registration process. after that they will sent you to the bigger room in which you will have presentation about the company. it will take like about 2 hours for everything about spirit airlines. then they will divide you in your name tag color. you will then go into separate rooms. after that you will go in front of the room and pick a question out of a fishbowl. those questions are questions you woudn't think of! it's just a test to see hoe quick you're thinkking and if you follow their directions. after that panelist will leave the room, then if they come back nad if they call your name, you're eliminated. after to sort out all people who passed for the next round, they will again divide you into groups which about 4-5 people in a gruop. then you will think of fake airline and 5 characteristics flight attendant would have. then present it. after that, if they call your name, then you made for the f2f interview!
I have interview tomorrow at Las Vegas. Wish me luck! Thanks to Glassdor for giving me idea on what process it will take and what will happen.
