I GOT THE JOB!! I applied received an email the next day to do an assessment test; then received an email to do a video interview. A few days later I received another email that I have been selected to do a f2f interview via Skpe. I will not mention their names, but the 2 who interviewed me were fun, pleasant and down to earth but yet professional. In which it helped me relax. I interviewed with them on a Thursday and was told I would hear back from them Mon or Tuesday. I received a call on Monday congratulating me and offered me the job. I begin training in August. I'm so happy to be apart of spirit airlines family!!!!!
Multiple steps assessment, virtual and face to face interview with group interview and group activities . long day almost 7 hours . At the end of the day they divide the group into two groups and they give the job offer at that moment
Did a presentation. Moved onto a Group interview then 1 on 1. Then you wait in a room then call you in a group at a time to tell you got the job or not.
