I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spirit Airlines (New York, NY) in Jul 2016
Interview
I applied July 18th. The application was pretty straightforward to fill out. It was actually one of the easier applications I've filled out for an airline. The only thing that was a bit difficult was the assessment. The assessment didn't ask typical customer service questions, it was more problem solving and math questions. On the 21st I received an invitation to go to Dallas for the open house interview which is August 4th. You do have to pay for it yourself, so that is a bit disappointing, however I'm still excited. I just wanted to know if anyone else is going? I think it would be fun to meet up beforehand. I will add to this after the group interview on the 4th.
