The interview process is exactly as explained on here. They'll send you an email that states where the interview will be. You must bring all the credentials as stated in the email. Some people were turned away for expired passports, so make sure yours is up to date or you'll waste your time. I myself am 5'1 and was asked to take my shoes off to be measured to make sure I met the height requirements. After checking everything you'll be led into a big room with about 300 other people. They'll explain spirit in a nutshell, their values and training .... After you'll break into 4 groups, once in those groups they'll have you pull a card, read the question aloud and answer on the spot. I'm guessing you probably just have to be confident in your answer... But I saw a couple people who I thought did great in their answer and were very personable who didn't make the cut. There's really no preparing for this portion of the interview You'll have questions like "describe the color yellow" "if you could throw a party what theme would you choose and why" "what would you say is the most adventurous thing you've done" "if you could change one thing about your past manager what would it be" "what type of customer would you prefer" ... Just over all random questions . That question will make or break the interview process . More then half of the people I was with were cut after those questions . They'll give you a break for about 15 minutes, deliberate then start calling numbers.. The numbers that were called did not make the cut. Unfortunately I was not chosen. There were a lot of people I met that came from different states. Purchased a ticket for this interview/ open house . So unless you're willing to take that chance I'd probably advise against Flying/ paying for hotel stay. I was lucky enough to have lived only an hour away... I still stayed at the hotel where they hosted the open house just so I wouldn't be late. I'd recommend just waiting until there's an open house closest to you .
