I don't like the fact they don't explain to you why you've been rejected, I feel this would have helped me better prepare myself next time. You fly thousands of miles out, first cut is from you reading a question from a bowl, easy right? Wrong your cut and just like that you're sent home with no explanation why or what you could have done better.

What is your favorite tv show? What customers do you like the least? And why? How would you describe the color yellow to a blind person?
Multiple steps assessment, virtual and face to face interview with group interview and group activities . long day almost 7 hours . At the end of the day they divide the group into two groups and they give the job offer at that moment
Did a presentation. Moved onto a Group interview then 1 on 1. Then you wait in a room then call you in a group at a time to tell you got the job or not.
