There were about 500 people in line and I was in the last group. They divided us in groups of 80-90 and we had to pick a question from a fishbowl and read it out loud including our name and number. Please whatever you do......articulate, read out loud and talk to the people who are there because they are looking for that!!!! Remember you will have to talk to a plane full of people and if you are embarrased or they can't hear you, you will automatically be removed!!!! After that it took most of the day to do the 1 on 1 interview where I was asked multiple questions one right after the other.....they want to see how fast you can think and solve problems. We finished at about 11 pm but it was fun and I made a lot of friends!!!!!
Multiple steps assessment, virtual and face to face interview with group interview and group activities . long day almost 7 hours . At the end of the day they divide the group into two groups and they give the job offer at that moment
Did a presentation. Moved onto a Group interview then 1 on 1. Then you wait in a room then call you in a group at a time to tell you got the job or not.
