Had offsite exporatory interview with the VP of Talent Acquisition. Overall a very professional leader but did more selling than interviewing. Interviewer basically just asked for an overview of experience and accomplishments and then talked about the strategic direction for the HR Dept at Spirit and for the company as a whole. They seem to be making great changes but sparing some expense to get the right people may slow the desired change.
