Interview
Recruiters and Trainers didn't appear to be happy to be at the Open house on Friday, August 16th at the Sheraton. The selection process was very poor. They ask you to state a few things about yourself in front of the group. Afterwards they call out your number if you have been selected. Note a 25% of the people selected were unprofessional , dressed inappropriate and didn't reflect any personality when on stage.

Poor Recruitment Selection process felt like a cattle call. I do not recommend this organization. I would prefer to work for a competitor who focused on customer service, personality, and professionalism.
Multiple steps assessment, virtual and face to face interview with group interview and group activities . long day almost 7 hours . At the end of the day they divide the group into two groups and they give the job offer at that moment
Did a presentation. Moved onto a Group interview then 1 on 1. Then you wait in a room then call you in a group at a time to tell you got the job or not.

Hiring event with other hopeful candidates. Day filled with networking,interviewing and just showcasing your personality. There are informational sessions, Q&A sessions, 1-on-1 interviews. It's a full day, come prepared with water and snacks (flats for the ladies if you'll be wearing heels).
