Interview
Apply online. The process took about 2 months. After applying online got an email invite to a group interview in FLL. Prepare to be all day. The process was very nice and the flight attendants are really helpful. Pretty much what every review on here says its right. I was selected for a face to face interview the next day at 5pm but unfortunately when they got to the 5 pm group they told us that the FLL class was full. (I couldn't believe it ) I didn't even got the chance to be interviewed, So be careful don't let them put you on the 5 pm group in your hiring session cause you might not have a chance.
Multiple steps assessment, virtual and face to face interview with group interview and group activities . long day almost 7 hours . At the end of the day they divide the group into two groups and they give the job offer at that moment
Did a presentation. Moved onto a Group interview then 1 on 1. Then you wait in a room then call you in a group at a time to tell you got the job or not.
