I recently accepted a position with Spirit Airlines. I was very impressed with the interview process. The recruiters were very friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, fun and delightful. They made this very stressful experience as positive and enjoyable as possible. I am looking forward to my new adventure with Spirit Airlines and all the wonderful people I will be training with and working with.

Personally, I do not believe I had a tough question. My former career in the medical field has more than prepared me for this next chapter in my life. That being said, remember, when working in any customer service field, SAFETY is always first. ALWAYS!
Multiple steps assessment, virtual and face to face interview with group interview and group activities . long day almost 7 hours . At the end of the day they divide the group into two groups and they give the job offer at that moment
Did a presentation. Moved onto a Group interview then 1 on 1. Then you wait in a room then call you in a group at a time to tell you got the job or not.

Hiring event with other hopeful candidates. Day filled with networking,interviewing and just showcasing your personality. There are informational sessions, Q&A sessions, 1-on-1 interviews. It's a full day, come prepared with water and snacks (flats for the ladies if you'll be wearing heels).
