There are 3 parts to the interview, first you introduce yourself. Make sure you follow directions and speak clearly and loud. After this part there is a elimination. The second part is a group project, during this project make sure you show your leadership skills. After this part there is a elimination. The third part is the one on one interview they ask you base interview question, like conflict with a co-worker, sales experience etc........

Multiple steps assessment, virtual and face to face interview with group interview and group activities . long day almost 7 hours . At the end of the day they divide the group into two groups and they give the job offer at that moment
Did a presentation. Moved onto a Group interview then 1 on 1. Then you wait in a room then call you in a group at a time to tell you got the job or not.
