Applied and received a phone call. Pretty straight forward. Standard interview that went well until we discussed compensation. Spirit outsources all of their recruiting and the recruiter disappeared as soon as she realized she wasn’t making a sale because their salary was below my requirement. I find it really unprofessional to not get back to prospective employees. Overall, it’s bad for the employment brand and I would never consider working their or giving that recruiter a moment of my time again.
