Interview
Applied online in February 2022. I was invited to do a video interview shortly after. I got invited to an in-person hiring event in Orlando which was on March 11, 2022. When I checked in, my height was taken then I had a raise a 50lb suitcase over my head and hold for two seconds. After that, I was asked to go in a conference room with maybe 20-40 other people where flight attendants and other employees were answering questions. Applicants weren’t given the opportunity to mingle. One by one, people were called out of the room for interviews. The interviews were done in a room with multiple tables were other interview were taking place. I was interviewed by two people. After the interview, you were sent to a “Decision Room” where you find out if you were offered a position or not.
I felt like some of their staff was unprofessional. One of the gentlemen (Flight attendant) at the interview was showing favoritism towards certain applicants. Also, one of the ladies interviewing me wasn’t even paying attention to what I was saying. She was looking around at other people in the room.
Multiple steps assessment, virtual and face to face interview with group interview and group activities . long day almost 7 hours . At the end of the day they divide the group into two groups and they give the job offer at that moment
Did a presentation. Moved onto a Group interview then 1 on 1. Then you wait in a room then call you in a group at a time to tell you got the job or not.
