In 2019, pre Covid there a mass hiring event that was a very long day with around 500 people present. Throughout the day you had different types of interviews. Most memorable was the fish bowl question which involved standing in front of a room of people and picking a question out a bowl and answering it. The questions weren’t difficult but the day itself could be very long.

Name a time you went above and beyond for a customer
Multiple steps assessment, virtual and face to face interview with group interview and group activities . long day almost 7 hours . At the end of the day they divide the group into two groups and they give the job offer at that moment
Did a presentation. Moved onto a Group interview then 1 on 1. Then you wait in a room then call you in a group at a time to tell you got the job or not.
