Interview
It was on April 4 of 2015. We got there at 6.30am and they were about 30 people allready. They started cheking in at 7am. Who ever didn't have all the paper work asked on the invitation was send home. We went to the big room, and they made a presentation about the company for 45 minutes. Then we got separate by color groups and went to smaller room where each person stand up, say their name, pickup a question from a glass boll and answer in front of everybody ( Just be your self, relaxe and anwser calmly). After that round they cut out about 7 people. The second task was to create a Air line with your team mates and present it to the group ( Make sure you particepate at all the time with your tame mates, because the instructors wil be behind you taking notes). Then cut more people, and we went to lunch break. When we came back we start the f2f interview. After that if you past you get hire, they do finger printers, background check, and drug test.
Multiple steps assessment, virtual and face to face interview with group interview and group activities . long day almost 7 hours . At the end of the day they divide the group into two groups and they give the job offer at that moment
Did a presentation. Moved onto a Group interview then 1 on 1. Then you wait in a room then call you in a group at a time to tell you got the job or not.
