After filling out an online application on the company website, you do a video interview with a few questions. You get more than one chance to record answers, which is helpful. Be prepared to talk about your customer service experiences and how you've been able to demonstrate good service. After the video interview, you may be invited to a face to face interview. At the face to face, you'll have a one on one interview where they will ask you multiple questions about why you're interested in the position and company, your customer service skills, job and education background, etc. After this, if selected, you do a drug test and fingerprinting.

Multiple steps assessment, virtual and face to face interview with group interview and group activities . long day almost 7 hours . At the end of the day they divide the group into two groups and they give the job offer at that moment
Did a presentation. Moved onto a Group interview then 1 on 1. Then you wait in a room then call you in a group at a time to tell you got the job or not.
