The interview process is straightforward going not too difficult. I got hired on the spot. You will get asked your typical interview questions like "What would you do if you had a rude customer", "Why should we hire you" and I also got asked, "What would I do if I encountered a customer who did not speak English".

The actual interview was fine, bu they use Microsoft Teams and it was confusing for me in the beginning because I don't have a lot of experience with MS Teams.
